In July I took a group of women (and a few men) on a journey. On average, each them have lost 6.2kg in 6 weeks and they each now have the know-how, the tools and the habits to keep it off indefinitely.

  • When does the challenge start?

    We start soon! The challenge officially kicks off in September but we are opening up some aspects of the challenge immediately for early birds incluidng a free recipe pack

  • What happens if I can't finish the challenge?

    If you have to pull out of the challenge for some legitimate reason then we are happy as punch to transfer you (just one time) to the next challenge as long as you are less than 2 weeks through the process

  • How do I access the challenge once it starts?

    Once you have paid and joined the challenge you'll be logged directly into a special private area of our website where all of the goodies such as meal plans, videos, guides will be delivered to you.

  • What happens after the challenge?

    All of the recipes, resources and meal plans etc are downloadable to your computer so you get to keep them all forever. We also have some cool options for you after the challenge to keep your low carb love strong!

  • Is the challenge hard?

    Gemma built the challenge based on her one on one 10 week programmes and it is DESIGNED TO BE EASY to succeed so as long as you 'show up' and can follow through on changing the things that you eat - it is really straight forward.
